The U.S. Department Of Energy Has Selected Eastman To Receive Up To $375 Million For Its Second U.S. Molecular Recycling Project. This Facility Will Be Located At Its Longview Texas Plant. The Company Selected This Location Site Due To Synergies With Existing Infrastructure And Operations, Favorable Energy Supply And Footprint And Access To Western And Central U.S. Feedstock Pools. The Investment Is Expected To Bring Over 200 Full-Time, High-Paying Jobs To The Longview Community. Eastman Just Opened A Similar Facility In Kingsport.
