The Kingsport Police Department Has Released New Details After An Assault Left Two People Seriously Injured. 39 Year Old William Clark Is Charged With Two Counts Of Attempted First Degree Murder And Other Charges. On Wednesday Afternoon Officers Found Clarkâs Mother And Uncle Bleeding From Severe Injuries To Their Head And Face Areas, Consistent With Stab Wounds And Or Blunt Force Trauma. Both Victims Are Considered In Stable Condition. Clark Is Being Held On A $350,000 Bond.
