Team Owner And Bristol Tennessee Councilman Mahlon Luttrell Had Hoped To Have The Team Play At The New Stadium At Whitetop Creek Park In Bristol Tennessee, But Its Not Quite Ready. The City Was Set To Partner With Boyd Sports But The Deal Has Fallen Through. Luttrell Said The New Stadium Is Near The End Of The Design Phase.
