Virginia State Police Have Released The Name Of The Person Killed In A Single Vehicle Crash In Washington County Over The Weekend. The Female Is Identified As 20 Year Old Jordyn Rasnake Of Richlands. Authorities Said A Vehicle Traveling North On Route 19, Ran Off The Side Of The Road, Went Through The Median Crossing Over The Southbound Lanes, Striking An Embankment And Ejecting Rasnake. She Was Not Wearing A Seat Belt And Died At The Scene. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
