Strong Winds In Russell County Have Claimed A Life. It Happened Monday Evening Around 10pm Along Second Street. A Tree Fell On A Home Trapping Two People Inside, One Person Was Rescued And Transported To The Hospital. Another Person Inside Died As A Result Of The Incident.
