Two Local Residents Have Been Honored For Service To The Community. The Mountain States Foundation Presented Lynn Frierson And Joe Fuller With The Tom Chase Award During The Foundation’s Annual Meeting In Johnson City. The Award Is Given Each Year To An Individual Who Provides Strong And Selfless Support To The Community Through Their Work. The Honoree Exhibits Integrity, Informal Leadership, Working Behind The Scenes To Get Things Done, And Willingness To Go The Extra Mile.
