A Johnson City Man Is Facing Charges Of Introduction Of Contraband Into A Penal Facility After A Body Scan Reportedly Showed A Significant Anomaly. 34 Year Old Michael Hale Was Picked Up On January 23rd For Violation Of Probation. The Anomaly Was Found And Hale Was Placed Under Observation. During The Next Several Hours He Allegedly Produced Two Baggies Around 19 Grams Each Containing A Crystal Like Substance. Hale Is Being Held Without Bond. He Is Scheduled To Appear In Court April 15th.
