A Tip To The Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office Has Led To The Arrest Of A Johnson City Man. 36 Year Old Jeremy Stines Is Charged With Manufacture Of Alcoholic Beverages, Possession Of A Still, And Unlawful Storage Of Liquor For Sale. Investigators Went To The 200 Block Of Highridge Road To Conduct A Check And Reportedly Found The Still And 81 Quarts Of Product. Stines Is Expected To Appear In Court In Early March.
