A Jonesborough Woman Has Been Charged With Aggravated Child Abuse, Neglect And Disorderly Conduct. 911 Received Numerous Calls Of A Disturbance Near The 700 Block Of Old State Route 34. Deputies Arrived And Found 32 Year Old Amy Campbell Arguing With Several People. An Investigation Revealed Campbell Allegedly Accused The Other Party Of Stealing From Her And Followed Them With Her Child In The Car And Attempted To Get Into An Altercation. When Officers Arrived At Campbell’s House, They Discovered Another Child Home Alone. Campbell Is Being Held Without Bond.
