A Johnson City Man Accused Of Attacking A Female And Holding Her Against Her Will, Is Set To Be Arraigned In General Sessions Court This Afternoon. 32 Year Old Cody Thomas Is Charged With Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Interference With Emergency Calls And Violation Of An Order Of Protection. Officers Responded To Buffalo Ridge Apartments On Timberlake Road Saturday Night. The Investigation Revealed That On January 25th, Thomas Allegedly Severely Beat A Female, Held Her Captive In The Apartment And Would Not Let Her Call 911. Police Said Thomas Left The Apartment Two Days Later And The Female Was Able To Call For Help. She Was Treated At An Area Hospital For Non-Life Threatening Injuries.
