The U.S. Department Of Justice Has Said Two Surgical Sales Representatives Have Plead Guilty To Defrauding The Quillen VA Medical Center. 54 Year Old Eric Smith Of Bristol And 36 Year Old Landon Chester Of Johnson City Entered Pleas In U.S. District Court. Both Face Up To Five Years In Person. They Were Surgical Sales Reps For An Independent Nationwide Orthopedic Company. Prosecutors Said They Sold Inventory To The VA At Inflated Prices Or That Were Not Necessary. They Will Be Sentenced On May 30th.
