A Crash In Carter County Involving A Pedestrian Has Left One Person Dead. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, A Vehicle Traveling On Highway 19e Went Out Of The Lane Of Travel And Onto The Right Shoulder, Striking 58 Year Old Vicky Yelton Hughes. The Case Has Been Referred To The District Attorney’s Office For Further Investigation.
