Two Johnson City Men Are Facing 22 Counts Of Auto Burglary And Numerous Theft Charges. 19 Year Old Jacob Rhodes And 20 Year Old Ethan Dugger Are Each Charged With Two Counts Of Theft Over A Thousand And 11 Counts Of Theft Under A Thousand In Addition To The Auto Burglary Charges. Sheriff Keith Sexton Said An Investigation Into A String Of Auto Burglaries In The Gray Area That Occurred Last September, Lead To Their Arrests.
