Affidavits Describe A Drug-Dealing Enterprise With Another Mountain City Man In Which Stout Allegedly Gave Him An Initial Investment To Fund A Marijuana Buy. The Stouts Have A Bond Of $25,000. They Are Expected To Appear In Court Next Month.
