Two People Accused In A Stabbing Incident At A Johnson City Motel Will Appear In General Sessions Court Soon. 42 Year Old Bobby Payne And 35 Year Old Maria D’amato Are Both Charged With Attempted First Degree Murder And Conspiracy To Commit Aggravated Burglary. Payne Is Also Charged With Especially Aggravated Kidnapping And Resisting Arrest. It Happened At The Bravo Inn On Browns Mill Road Sunday. Payne And D’amato Remain In Jail.
