A Jury Ordered 40 Year Old Jeffery Ray Phillips To Pay A $30,000 Fine For The Murder Conviction And A $10,000 Fine For A Tampering Charge. Phillips Is Set To Be Sentenced March 14th. Meanwhile, Phillips Was Charged In South Carolina In 2022 With A Cold Case Homicide. A Woman’s Body Was Found August 2009 Under A Bridge In Greeneville South Carolina. Investigators Said She Suffered Multiple Blunt Force Trauma. A Motive For The Crime Has Not Been Revealed.
