Jeremy Benjamin Is Charged With Attempted Second Degree Murder, Four Counts Of Reckless Endangerment And Other Charges Involving The December 13th Incident. Police Said He Became Hostile Against The Clerk. Left The Store And Allegedly Retrieved A Rifle From The Trunk Of A Vehicle And Fired Numerous Rounds Through The Glass Of The Business. Benjamin’s Next Court Date Will Be January 30th.
