A Man Facing Several Drug Charges In Unicoi County Has Been Arrested Again After Escaping From A Drug Rehab Facility. 31 Year Old Ray English Escaped From The Facility In Johnson City On Sunday. He Was Found Later Hiding In Some Shubbery. He Is Back In The Unicoi County Jail And Is Being Held Without Bond.
