Lebanon Virginia Police Are Continuing To Investigate An Incident That Left A Woman With Severe Injuries. The Commonwealth’s Attorney Is Now Involved In The Investigation As Well As The Russell County Sheriff’s Office. Officers Went To School House Apartments On George Ben Whited Road To Conduct A Wellness Check. They Found A Female Inside With Severe Head And Face Trauma. She Was Taken To An Area Hospital But Has Not Been Able To Speak To Officers. The Investigation Is Continuing.
