The County Officials Association Of Tennessee Has Named Unicoi County Register Of Deeds, Debbie Tittle, County Official Of The Year. She Was Chosen Out Of Every Register Of Deeds, County Clerk, State Court Clerk And Trustee Within All 95 Counties In The State. Tittle Has Served In The Role Since 1990.
