A Johnson City Man Accused Of Leaving A One Year Old Child Out In The Cold On Purpose, Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In General Sessions Court. 21 Year Old Joseph Davis Is Charged With Child Abuse And Neglect. Officers Answered A Domestic Call At A Home On East Pine Street, Following An Argument Between Davis And His Girlfriend. The Woman Reportedly Left The Home, But Her One Year Old Child Remained In Davis’ Care. Police Said The Child Was Allegedly Intentionally Left Outside By Davis As A Means Of Spite Toward The Woman. Davis’ Bond Is Set A $15,000.
