A Johnson City Man Accused Of Discharging A Firearm In A Home With Several People Around, Will Appear In General Sessions Court Later This Month. 26 Year Old Zachary Hodges Is Charged With Five Counts Of Reckless Endangerment. The Incident Occurred In The 500 Block Of Colony Court. Residents Advised Deputies That Hodges Discharged A Firearm In Their Kitchen, Striking A Refrigerator. Five Individuals Were In The Room, Including An Infant, At The Time Of The Incident. Hodges Fled The Scene, But Was Apprehended A Short Time Later At A Fast Food Restaurant He Will Appear In Court On December 27th.
