The Tennessee Department Of Transportation Has Announced That A Portion Of Memorial Boulevard In Kingsport Will Be Closed Starting Today And Over The Next Few Days. This Will Impact Traffic Flow In The Area Between Kite Street And Beverly Hill Street To Allow Crews To Perform Slope Stabilization In The Area. The Right Lane Will Be Closed To Eastbound Traffic Between 8am And 8pm. The Work Is Expected To Be Completed By Friday Or Before.
