A Traffic Stop By The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Has Led To Two People Being Arrested. Deputies Stopped The Vehicle On I-26 For A Plate And Registration Violation, During The Stop Both Occupants Of The Vehicle Were Found To Be In Possession Of Controlled Substances. 27 Year Old Chad Blevins And 43 Year Old Melinda Booker Were Both Arrested. Blevins Was Released After Posting A $2500 Bond. Booker Is Being Held On A $25,000 Bond.
