The City Of Kingsport Has Received A 100-Thousand Dollar Tennessee Tourism Enhancement Grant. The Money Is Being Provided By The Tennessee Department Of Tourist Development And Will Be Used To Refurbish The Observation Tower At Bays Mountain Park. The Grant Requires A 30-Percent Match From The City, Which Is Coming From Pledges And Donations From Friends Of Bayse, The Fox Family And The Bays Mountain Park Commission.
