The Former Suburban Shoos Store On Lee Highway Was Purchased Earlier This Year For 595-Thousand Dollars. The County Had Expected To Spend Just Over 1.2 Million Dollars To Convert The Building. The Lowest Bid Has Come In At 500-Thousand Dollars Above The Expected Costs. Construction Is Expected To Take A Year With An Opening Anticipated For January 2025.
