A Johnson City Man Convicted Of Over 70 Charges In Washington County Tennessee Criminal Court Has Been Ordered To Spend Time In Prison. Logan McDavid Was Recently Convicted Of Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, False Imprisonment And 73 Counts Of Violation Of Order Of Protections. Judge Stacy Street Ordered McDavid To Serve 8 Years In Prison And Said He Would Have Given Him More Time If The Law Would Have Allowed. Police Said He Chased His Ex-Girlfriend In A Vehicle, Drove In Front Of Her And Her In The Head Causing A Concussion. Meanwhile, McDavid Faces Previous Charges To This Incident And Will Be Back In Court In February.
