A Vehicle Headed East Left The Road Traveled Onto The Left Shoulder And Hit A Guardrail, Overturning Before Coming To A Rest. The Driver Was Taken To The Johnson City Med Center With Serious Injuries. Eastbound Lanes Opened By 3:30pm. No Other Information About The Driver’s Condition Is Known.
