A Pedestrian Hit By A Vehicle In Smyth County Has Died. It Happened Friday In The Area Of 5680 Lee Highway. 25 Year Old Richard Hamm Of Atkins, Was Transported To The Hospital With Life Threatening Injuries, Where He Later Died. The Incident Remains Under Investigation.
