Three People Have Been Charged In Connection With A Shooting Outside A Johnson City Convenience Store. It Happened Early Yesterday Morning In The Parking Lot Of The Scotchman On South Broadway Street. George Bray And An Unnamed Juvenile Are Each Charged With Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault And Three Counts Of Reckless Endangerment. Police Also Arrested Tina Bray On A Charge Of Being An Accessory After The Fact. Authorities Said No One Was Hurt In The Incident. Bray Is Being Held On A $100,000 Bond, While The Juvenile In The Upper East Tennessee Regional Juvenile Detention Center In Johnson City.
