Megan Boswell Is Charged With Two Counts Of Felony Murder Along With Several Other Charges, In The Death Of 15 Month Old Evelyn Boswell, Whose Body Was Found In A Shed In 2020 On Property Belonging To Relatives. Boswell’s Attorney, Gene Scott Announced In Court This Morning, Plans To File Substantive Motions In January But Did Not Give Any Details. Boswell Is Set To Appear In Court March 28th For A Motions Hearing.
