Johnson City Development Authority Members Are Discussing Future Plans For The 345-Space Parking Garage Portion Of The Downtown Centre. City Manager, Cathy Ball, Said A Lease For The 38-Thousand Square Foot Building Is Expected Sometime Next Month And Says No More Than 100 Parking Spaces Will Be Needed For The Tenant. The Johnson City Development Authority Is Considering Several Non-Revenue Generating Ideas For The Remaining Spaces, One Of Those Being Non-Ticketed Access Seven Days A Week With No Security Personnel On Site. Further Discussion Is Expected Before Any Action Is Taken.
