A Detroit Michigan Man Wanted On Assault And Intent To Commit Murder Charges Is Being Held In The Washington County Tennessee Detention Center Without Bond. 19 Year Old Corey Luchie Was Charged By Johnson City Police For Being A Fugitive From Justice. He Is Reportedly A Suspect In An Alleged Assault In Detroit In June. Luchie Is Expected To Be Extradited Back To Michigan Soon.
