The Kingsport Transit Service Will Hold A Ribbon Cutting And Dedication Ceremony For Its New Transit Garage This Morning. The Event Will Be Held At 10:30 At The New Garage On East Main Street. The Public Is Invited To Attend. Representatives From The Tennessee Department Of Transport And Federal Transportation Administration Will Be In Attendance. The New 21,000 Square Foot Transit Garage Is Adjacent To The Transit Facility And Can House Kats’ Entire 22 Bus Fleet. It Has Extra Space For Future Vehicles.
