Two Parents Who Filed A Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit In U.S. District Court In Greeneville, Are Reportedly Dropping The Case And Plan To Move The Remaining Claims To State Court. The Suit Was Filed August 9th Over An Alleged Hazing Incident At Daniel Boone High School That Allegedly Caused Physical Assault, Sexual Assault And Sexual Harassment To Multiple Members Of The Football Team During Last Year’s Season. Its Not Clear As To When The Lawsuit Will Be Heard In State Court.
