Grayson County Virginia authorities say a man accused of killing three people at a tree farm is back in the Commonwealth. 48 year old Frederick Hammer was arrested in Florida over the weekend. He’s charged with three counts of capital murder in the slayings last week of prominent tree farmer Ronald Hudler, his son and an employee. Authorities have said Hammer fled to Florida after he was questioned in the slayings. Authorities believe the shootings were the result of an attempted robbery. Department spokeswoman Leesa Morris said investigators don’t know whether anyone else will be charged. They continue to follow several leads in the case.
