An Investigation By The Hawkins County Sheriff’s Department Has Led To The Arrest Of Four People. The Investigation Reportedly Turned Up Over 95 Grams Of Methamphetamine, 3.64 Grams Of Heroin And Fentanyl And Three Illegal Weapons. Kelly Mitchell Flanigan, Micheal Alan Burleson, Stephanie Paige Minton, And Billy Wayne Snapp Sr Were All Arrested. No Details On Charges Were Released.
