Michael Garcia Is Charged With First Degree Murder In The Shooting Death Of Daniel Cano-Preciado At A Home On Akers Avenue In The Lynn Garden Section Of The City. Garcia’s Attorney Asked A Judge To Reduce His Client’s Bond But The Judge Kept It At One Million Dollars. Garcia Will Appear In Criminal Court On December 1st.
