A Single Vehicle Crash In Smyth County Virginia Has Claimed The Life Of A Marion Man. According To Virginia State Police, 36 Year Old Carlos Cruz Was Not Wearing A Seatbelt And Was Ejected From The Vehicle, Which Crashed On Route 16. Police Said The Vehicle Was Traveling North When It Suddenly Braked, Ran Off The Side Of The Roadway, Struck An Embankment And Overturned Several Times. A 35 Year Old Female Passenger Was Also Thrown From The Vehicle And Remains In A Hospital. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
