The Kingsport City School System Has Set A Final Payment Agreement Through Mediation With Kingsport-Based C & C Restoration. There Was An 800-Thousand Dollar Difference Between What The Contractor Billed And What The City’s Insurance Paid To Have Water Restoration Work Done. Extreme Cold Weather Caused A Sprinkler Line To Break And Resulted In Flooding At The Former Sullivan North High School Last Christmas. The Total Payment Amount After The Settlement Will Be Just Over 2-Million Dollars.
