The Hawkins County Commission Has Approved An Interim Juvenile Judge. Amy Skelton Is A Temporary Replacement For Judge Daniel Boyd Who Was Recently Indicted On Charges Of Forgery, Bribery And Criminal Simulation. Boyd Is Alleged To Have Given A Client A Forged Divorce Paper And Offering Her Money To Withdraw A Complaint Against Him. Boyd Will Appear In Court At A Later Date.
