Downtown Elizabethton Is Getting A New Mural. The City Council Has Approved A Resolution To Contract With Florida Artist, Ernesto Miranje, To Paint An 800 Square Foot Wall Of A Downtown Building On Sycamore Street. It Will Feature An Appalachian Mountains Nature Scene Depicting Native Plants And Animals.
