A Johnson City Man Accused Of Pointing A Gun At The Victim’s Head As He Approached Her Car Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In General Sessions Court. Jefferey Crowder Is Charged With Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment With A Firearm And Possession Of A Firearm During The Commission Of A Dangerous Felony. The Police Said Crowder Allegedly Used His Vehicle To Box The Victim’s Car From Entering West Market Street. He Allegedly Pointed The Gun Toward The Victim’s Head As He Approached The Car And Fired Into The Victim’s Vehicle As She Fled. Crowder’s Bond Is Set At $50,000.
