Virginia State Police Have Released The Name Of A Motorcyclists Who Was Killed Over The Weekend In A Hit-And-Run Crash. He Is 25 Year Old Jacob Napier Of Harlan Kentucky. State Police Said The Motorcycle Was Traveling At A High Rate Of Speed When A White Honda Accord Was Attempting To Make A Turn. Police Said Napier Actually Braked And He Was Thrown From The Motorcycle Into The Honda. The Two Vehicles Did Not Actually Make Contact. Authorities Are Still Searching For The Driver Of The Honda, Who Fled The Scene.
