A Chuckey Tennessee Man Is Facing Drug And Weapon Charges After An Incident At A Wilhoit Road Residence. A Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Was On Routine Patrol Monday Afternoon When He Say Vincent Apel Who Had An Outstanding Warrant Standing In The Yard Of A Home On Wilhoit Road. The Deputy Turned In The Driveway And Apel Allegedly Ran Away. A Short Foot Pursuit Ensued. The Deputy Deployed His Taser To Take Him Into Custody. Apel Is Charged With Possession Of A Firearm During A Commission Of A Felony, Possession Of Meth, Evading Arrest And Several Other Charges.
