A Johnson City Man Accused Of Threatening His Brother With A Gun Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In General Sessions Court. Bruce Morrow Is Charged With Aggravated Assault And Unlawful Possession Of A Weapon. Police Said The Brothers Had Gotten Into An Altercation Before The Weapon Was Displayed. It Was Later Determined Morrow Had A Previous Conviction For Domestic Violence And Was Not Legally Allowed To Possess A Firearm. Morrow’s Bond Is Set At $10,000.
