The Town Of Honaker Virginia Has Received A 50-Thousand Dollar Grant. The Money Is Being Provided Through The Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority’s Tourism Capital Improvement Matching Fund. It Will Be Used To Help Install A New E-Bike Charging Station And A New Amphitheater In The Honaker Community Park And Recreation Area. The Town Has Indicated It Plans To Work With The Russell County Chamber Of Commerce To Promote Events At The Park
