A Knoxville Woman Has Been Arrested After She Allegedly Flashed Inamtes While In The Parking Lot Of The Washington County Tennessee Detention Center. 28 Year Old Elizabeth Lea Laster Is Charged With Indecent Exposure After She Was Reportedly Observed Beside Her Vehicle Exposing Various Body Parts In The Direction Of The Jail. Laster Told Deputies She Had Come To The Jail To Visit Her Ex-Boyfriend Who Is An Inmate. She Is Being Held On A $1000 Bond.
