Early Voting For The Special Election Of The 3rd District Of Tennessee House Of Representatives Seat In Carter County Has So Far, Been A Yawn. The Election Is Being Held To Replace Scotty Campbell, Who Resigned The Seat In April. Very Few Voters Are Showing Up To Early Vote And You Have Only Until Noon Saturday To Cast Your Ballot. The Candidates Include Republican Timothy Hill And Democrat Lori Love. The Special Election Will Be Held On August 3rd.
