Bristol Virginia Police Have Arrested Two People Following A Search Warrant For A Man Who Escaped Custody In Southwest Virginia Over The Weekend. Devin Evans And His Sister Were Believed To Have Been At An Apartment Complex In The City. Evans’ Sister Was Wanted For Stealing A Car, While Evans Was Wanted For Escaping Custody In Russell County This Past Saturday. Evans’ Sister And Another Man Were Arrested But Evans Is Still On The Lame And Is Considered Armed And Dangerous.
